SHIPPING POLICY

At RICHEERA, we understand how important it is to receive your purchases safely and on time. We work with established courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders as securely and efficiently as possible.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment verification. Delivery is generally expected within 3–5 days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service. These timelines are estimates and may vary.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit or cannot be delivered, we will assist in resolving the issue and process an applicable refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments may take an additional 1–2 days to arrive compared with prepaid orders.

COD is available only when all items in the cart are eligible for Cash on Delivery.
The delivery PIN code must be within the courier's COD serviceable area. If COD is unavailable for your PIN code, you will need to select an available online payment method.
For standard courier deliveries, customers must complete payment before opening the package.
